Thomas Sowell's "Random Thoughts"

I encourage everyone to check out the newest installment of Thomas Sowell's "Random Thoughts". Also, go back into the archives and look at previous editions, many are hilarious, and many more are supremely insightful.

For example, "Two recent books tell about a million Europeans who were once enslaved by North African pirates. But these books ("Christian Slaves, Muslim Masters" by R.C. Davis and "White Gold" by Giles Milton) are largely ignored by people who claim to be outraged about slavery in the past.

Sowell is ignored by liberals and blacks who don't like to hear what he has to say. I've been a fan of his work for a long time.
