Alito Nominated to Supreme Court

In a move expected to spart controversy (and I hope a good fight), President Bush nominated Samuel Alito to fill the seat vacated by Sandra Day O'Connor some months ago. Many are labeling him already as "conservative judge" but it's critical to the process that he not be pigeon-holed as an extremist, but rather as a Constitutionalist. That's the truth and it's vital that we stick to it.

For more information on Judge Alito, check out Wikipedia.
